Why I Started Memorable Home Buyers
I grew up in the Baltimore area and I still live here. I started Memorable Home Buyers because I kept seeing Maryland families lose their homes to foreclosure and bad situations when they had options they never knew about. Nobody had explained those options in plain language, and nobody had made the exit simple.
So that is what I do. I buy houses directly, for cash, in any condition. There is no bank on my end slowing things down, no agent commission coming out of your pocket, and no repairs for you to make. I make a fair offer, I explain exactly how I got to the number, and I close when I say I will.
